Add ProfileService (GET/PUT /profile), ProfileNotifier provider, and full ProfileScreen with body-params, goal/activity, daily-calories sections and logout confirmation. EditProfileSheet lets user update name, height, weight, age, gender, goal and activity; backend auto-recalculates daily_calories via Mifflin-St Jeor.
